Who to call for Wildlife Rescue in FNQ

In the wake of the floods, many of our region's wildlife find themselves injured or displaced, urgently needing our help. This page serves as a crucial resource for anyone who encounters these animals in need.

While your intention to help is commendable, please be aware that some animals, like snakes or bats, require specialised handling and should only be handled by trained wildlife rescuers.

If you find a wallaby, bird, bat, snake etc, please contact the wildlife rescuers that best suit that particular animal, if possible.
