Numerous road closures on both Council and State-controlled road are occurring in Far North Queensland due to flooding, road damage and hazards associated with ex-Tropical Cyclone Jasper.

Ergon crews have restored power to the vast majority of Far North Queensland customers affected by Tropical Cyclone Jasper and the flooding emergency. Restoration timeframes are reflected in Outage Finder as 'next update (map view) or 'estimated fix time' (text view)
Contact SES 132 500 from anywhere in Queensland for non-life threatening flood and storm emergency assistance during severe weather events. If the situation is life threatening, always call Triple Zero (000).
Personal hardship financial assistance is now available for Queensland communities impacted by Tropical Cyclone Jasper.
